General Announcement::Update on the Application for Further Extension of Time to Exit from the SGX-ST Watch-List

UPDATE ON THE APPLICATION FOR FURTHER EXTENSION OF TIME TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF RULE 1314 OF THE LISTING MANUAL OF THE SINGAPORE EXCHANGE SECURITIES TRADING LIMITED (THE "SGX-ST") TO EXIT FROM THE SGX-STWATCH-LIST (THE "WATCH-LIST")

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meaning ascribed to them in the announcements dated 19 November 2021 and 30 November 2021 in relation to the application for extension of time to meet the requirements for removal from the Watch-List.

1. The board of directors (the "Board") of Informatics Education Ltd. (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 30 November 2021 and confirms:
2. 1. the Company has submitted a written undertaking from the directors/controlling shareholders that the Company shall utilise the six (6) months period to provide monthly updates on their progress to exit the Watch-List; and
   2. that if the Company is unable to exit the Watch-List by 4 June 2022, the Company shall be delisted and cash exit offer to be made to the shareholders pursuant to Listing Rule 1309 by 4 July 2022.
3. Accordingly, the Company confirms that the Waiver conditions have been satisfied at the date of this announcement.
