Appointment of a new Member of the Management Board of Infovide-Matrix S.A.

Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Public Offering Act - interim and periodic disclosure

The Management Board of Infovide-Matrix S.A. hereby announces that, on 19 November 2015, pursuant to Article 368 §4 of the Commercial Companies Code and §17.1 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board of Infovide-Matrix S.A. resolved to appoint Mr Jarosław Bryl a Member of the Management Board, for the board's joint time in office scheduled till 2017.

Mr Jarosław Bryl graduated from the Krakow University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a master's degree in engineering (2002). He has also completed several managerial courses, notably PMI and Prince 2, obtaining a Practitioner's certificate in 2011, and Management 2012 held by the ICAN Institute in 2012.

Career:

From 1999 onwards, Mr Jarosław Bryl worked for SAWAN S.A. as a team leader, and between 2003 and 2005 as a Project Manager, responsible for managing a key account's project portfolio.

From July 2005 to December 2006, he was Manager of the Business Intelligence Department at Softbank S.A., responsible for developing the business intelligence area in the finance sector.

At present, he is Director of the Business Intelligence Division at Asseco Poland S.A., responsible for developing the business intelligence area throughout Asseco Poland S.A.

Mr Jarosław Bryl has not held any supervisory or executive functions and is not a shareholder in any limited company.

Mr Jarosław Bryl has warranted and represented that he is involved in other competitive activity outside Infovide-Matrix S.A., is not a partner in any competitive partnership, is not a member of a governing body of any other competitive limited company, and is not involved in any other competitive juristic person as a member of its governing body.

His name is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
