From January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023, the company has repurchased 55,099 shares, representing 0.15% for $0.89 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 5,381,715 shares, representing 15.8% for $74.18 million under the buyback announced on April 1, 2013.
Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. is a real estate investment trust that acquires and manages a portfolio of commercial real estate investments located in the United States. The Company owns approximately 52 retail properties, totaling 7.2 million square feet.
