From October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, the company has repurchased 107,745 shares, representing 0.3% for $1.71 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 5,701,155 shares, representing 16.68% for $79.26 million under the buyback announced on April 1, 2013.
Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. is a real estate investment trust that acquires and manages a portfolio of commercial real estate investments located in the United States. The Company owns approximately 52 retail properties, totaling 7.2 million square feet.
