INNER MONGOLIA MENGDIAN HUANENG THERMAL POWER CORPORATION LIMITED Inner Mongolia Datang International Tuoketuo Power Generation Co.ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 457,518,800 in equity round of funding on July 29, 2023. The transaction included the participation from new investor Inner Mongolia MengDian HuaNeng Thermal Power Corporation Limited. After completion of the transaction, the investor will acquire 60%, 25% and 15% stake respectively in the transaction.
The registered capital is CNY 1,714,020,000. The total investment of this project is CNY 10,167,084,300, and the project capital is 30% of the total investment, which is CNY 3,050,125,300, and the remaining funds will be settled through bank loans. The transaction has been approved approved by the second meeting of the eleventh session of the board of directors and the second session of the eleventh session of the board of supervisors, and transaction does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for consideration.
