Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("IWS") has published its first Green Financing
Framework to highlight the Group's sustainability strategy to lenders and
investors.

IWS is committing to a sustainable future by investing in state-of-the-art
Commissioning Service Operation Vessels ("CSOVs") with class-leading energy
efficiency and high operability. The Group's vessels provide essential services
to the offshore wind energy industry, which helps facilitate the transition to a
low-carbon future. The Framework is based on IWS's strategy of providing an
integrated service offering across the value chain of offshore wind and has been
developed to align with the 2021 ICMA Green Bond Principles and the
LMA/LSTA/APLMA, 2023 Green Loan Principles.

IWS already has a Green Senior Secured Credit Facility of up to EUR 118.65
million classified as Green under the banks' green financing frameworks. In
order to increase the consistency and transparency of the Group's financing
activities, IWS has developed the Green Financing Framework and obtained an
independent second party opinion. The framework has been reviewed and rated
"Medium Green" by S&P Global Ratings, a leading independent expert on
research-based assessments of Green Finance Frameworks. Skandinaviska Enskilda
Banken AB ("SEB") acted as sustainability structuring advisor on the
establishment of the Green Financing Framework.

Marius Magelie, CFO of IWS, commented: "Our first Green Financing Framework
highlights the environmental benefits of the Group's activities to support the
offshore wind energy industry, and we are pleased that the second party opinion
by S&P Global Ratings has assessed the framework medium green".

IWS's Green Financing Framework and the Second Party Opinion from S&P Global
Ratings are available on the Company's website www.integratedwind.com.
