Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("IWS") has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary,
IWS Fleet AS, entered into a time charter contract at market terms with TenneT
TSO B.V., a leading European Transmission System Operator owned by the Dutch
government. The charter contract has a minimum duration of 4 months and will
commence after the vessel has been delivered from the shipyard and sailed to
Europe.

Christopher Andersen Heidenreich, COO and Managing Director of IWS Fleet,
commented: "We are pleased to announce our first charter contract with TenneT
for our second vessel, the IWS Windwalker. The vessel will support maintenance
for offshore substations in the Netherlands, demonstrating the ability of the
Skywalker class to cover a range of requirements within offshore wind."
