Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d. hereby publishes the following announcement:
At its session held on 21 April 2022, the Supervisory Board appointed Ms Blanka Česnik Wolf to serve as member of the Management Board - Workers' Director based on the proposal of Intereuropa, d. d.'s Works Council. Ms Česnik Wolf is a lawyer by profession, and has several years of experience in the area of legal and HR affairs, in both the private and public sectors. She has been employed by Intereuropa, d. d. as the Director of the Human Resources and General Affairs Sector since April 2020. The five-year term of office of the new member of the Management Board - Workers' Director will begin on 1 May 2022.
This announcement will be published on SEOnet and on the website of Intereuropa at www.intereuropa.net for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
