Young Poong Electronics Co., Ltd. acquired a 4.32% stake in Interflex Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A051370) from Terranix Co., Ltd. for KRW 9.5 billion on October 20, 2022. As part of the transaction, Young Poong acquired 1,006,846 shares at a price of KRW 9,420 per share. The transaction is resolved by the board of Young Poong.
