As per the order, the applicable IGST was paid on a lesser amount. The Company will contest this Order before the appropriate appellate authority. There is no material impact on financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
The order was received at the Company's registered office in Delhi via speed post on March 26, 2024. However, the same was delivered at the corporate office in Gurgaon on April 01, 2024.
