NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD

International Breweries Plc (the Company) wishes to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Friday, July 28, 2023 to consider among other items, the Company's Second Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2023.

In Compliance with Rule 17.18 (a) of the NGX, Closed Period Rules as amended, the Company commenced a Closed Period for trading in the shares of the Company by insiders from July 1, 2023 and this will continue until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2023 is released to the public through NGX's Issuers' Portal.

During the Closed Period, no insider including Directors, employees and other related parties may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company.
