This announcement is made by International Entertainment Corporation (the ''Company'') pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities (the ''Listing Rules'') on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

References are made to the business update announcements of the Company dated 10 June 2020, 18 June 2020 and 22 June 2020 (collectively, the ''Announcements'') respectively. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements, unless the context requires otherwise.

The Board is pleased to announce that on 18 September 2020, MSPI received a letter from PAGCOR, the regulatory and licensing authority for gaming and gambling in the Philippines, informing that PAGCOR has conditionally approved the issuance of the Provisional License to MSPI. MSPI and PAGCOR will further negotiate for the terms of the provisional license agreement (the ''Provisional License Agreement'') to be entered into between PAGCOR and MSPI in relation to the grant of the Provisional License.

As and when there is further development in relation to the Provisional License Agreement, the Company will comply with all relevant requirements, and where necessary, make further announcement(s) in accordance with the Listing Rules as and when appropriate.

Shareholders and potential investors should note that the grant of the Provisional License is subject to the entry of the Provisional License Agreement and are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities.
