Designation of EU Home Member State

Further to the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the European Union and in light of its secondary listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, International Personal Finance plc (IPF) announces that, for the purposes of meeting its on-going reporting obligations under the EU Transparency Directive* and applicable Polish laws, its home EU Member State will now be Poland.

IPF's primary listing will continue to be on the London Stock Exchange, it will continue to adhere to all listing rules applicable for each of its listings, and its registered office continues to be:
