International Research Corporation Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Amnuay thongsathitya has resigned from position of Director (Independent Director) and Vice Chairman, Chairman of Audit Committee, Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee due to more missions, unable to perform their duties fully. The resignation will be effective from November 10, 2021 onwards.
