International Silver, Inc. (OTCPK:ISLV) entered into an agreement to acquire 1,022 acres of land and mineral rights located in Silver Bow County for $1.5 million from Chattel, LLC on April 23, 2012. The consideration will be paid through escrow as $0.50 wil paud at closinf, $0.50 million due on the first and second anniversary date of the date of closing and the balance due on the third anniversary date of the date of closing. The transaction is expected to close in August, 2012.
