Subject Notification of the issuance of Internet Thailand Public Company Limited's Debenture

Reference is made to Internet Thailand Public Company Limited ("INET")' s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 7th, 2022, which had the resolution to approve the issuance and offering of additional debentures of 1,500 million baht, totaling no more than 2,500 million baht. This fund will be used for repaying the company's short-term debt securities and/or working capital.
INET hereby announces that on April 26th, 2022, INET issued the Long-term debenture of Internet Thailand Public Company Limited No. 1/2022 in the amount of not exceeding 1,000 million Baht. The offering details are attached herewith.
