InterPrivate III Financial Partners is no longer merging with private financial services firm Aspiration Partners, the blank-check company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The New York-based company on Tuesday said it terminated its second amended and restated agreement and plan of merger with Aspiration Partners, signed on July 21.
InterPrivate III also said it can't provide any assurance that it will receive the termination payments to which it is entitled.
It didn't provide details as to why both parties aren't merging.
