On February 1, 2014 Natalya Melnikova resumed her responsibilities

General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC (subsidiary company of Russian Grids, JSC) Sergey Titov signed an order on appointing Natalya Melnikova Deputy General Director - Chief of Staff of the power industry company.

On February 1, 2014 Natalya Melnikova resumed her responsibilities. Prior to the new appointment the top manager had occupied the position of Head of the Personnel Management and Organizational Design Department.

Natalya Valeryevna Melnikova was born on 30 April, 1972 in Leningrad. Graduated from Saint Petersburg State University (1995), degree in "Russian language and literature". In 1999 she took studies in "Management of education" at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
Since 1995 she worked in the sphere of secondary education in Saint Petersburg having risen from a teacher of the Russian language and literature to a secondary school Deputy Principal for Instructional Research. In 2003 she came to work as a consultant of the Management Psychology Division at the Institute for Enterprise Issues. Then she occupied multiple managerial positions such as those of Chief of the Organizational Development Division and Chief of the Management and Organizational Development Division. From 2011 and to her new appointment she was employed as Head of the Personnel Management and Organizational Design Department of IDGC of the North-West, JSC.

Since February 01, 2014 she has been Deputy General Director - Chief of Staff of IDGC of the North-West, JSC.
