Reyna Gold Corp. (TSXV:REYG) announced a private placement of 14,285,714 common shares at a price of CAD 0.35 per common share for gross proceeds CAD 5,000,000 on May 18, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Intertidal Capital Corp.
