An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 4.51% stake in Hyunjin Materials co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A053660) from IntroMedic Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A150840) on April 30, 2019. IntroMedic will sell 1.1 million shares and as of June 14, 2019, 0.36 million shares have been sold. The remaining shares will be sold on the balance payment date. IntroMedic will hold 10.08% stake in Hyunjin Materials after completion. Transaction is expected to close on June 28, 2019.

The Companyâs products consist of capsule endoscope, which is used for small intestine check under the brand name MiroCam; disposable endoscope, which is used to detect abnormalities of the esophagus and the stomach under the brand name E.G. Scan, and other accessories, such as abdominal disposable data belts and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
