Inui Global Logistics Co., Ltd. (TSE:9308) agreed to acquire the remaining 51% stake in Inui Transport Co., Ltd. from Senko Co., Ltd. (TSE:9069) for ¥1 billion on May 19, 2015. The purchase price includes advisory fee. Inui Global will acquire 2.5 million shares in Inui Transport. The transaction is expected to complete on July 1, 2015.

Inui Global Logistics Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the shipping business, the warehousing and transportation business, and the real estate business. The Company has three business segments. The International Shipping segment is engaged in the provision of freight transportation services by ships, and the ship leasing business. The Warehousing and Transportation segment is engaged in the warehousing business including ordinary warehousing and duty-unpaid cargo storage business, the document storage business that stores document boxes and fixtures in the warehouse, as well as the cargo transportation business including warehoused cargo transportation business and moving business. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the leasing of facilities such as owned houses and offices.
