Invesco Global Real Estate Asia Pacific, Inc. made an offer to acquire 65.1% stake in Invesco Office J-REIT, Inc. (TSE:3298) from Invesco Investments (Bermuda) Ltd. and others for approximately ¥200 billion on June 17, 2021. Invesco Office J-REIT, Inc`s 8.80265 Investment Units will be tendered for ¥22,750 per Investment Unit. Tender offer period will begin from June 18, 2021 to July 27, 2021. Commencement Date of the Settlement is Auguste 3, 2021. SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. acted as financial advisor to Invesco Global Real Estate Asia Pacific, Inc.
