Investis acquires Hauswartprofis and gradually expands Real Estate Services segment

• Acquisition of Hauswartprofis, with annual revenues of around CHF 18 million and 240 employees, to take place as at 1 January 2017
• Business to be continued under the Hauswartprofis brand
• Expansion of national market position in the Facility Management activity

Investis Holding SA is further expanding its Real Estate Services segment. Following the signing of a sales and purchase agreement, it today announces the acquisition of Hauswartprofis and its operational subsidiaries as at 1 January 2017 and the integration of the company into Investis Group. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed at the beginning of January 2017. Established in 1990, Hauswartprofis operates in the facility management industry and has its headquarters in Mägenwil, as well as other locations in Dübendorf, Baar and Oftringen. Since 2009, Hauswartprofis has been led professionally and successfully by Walter Eberle, and currently employs 240 people. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

With this acquisition, Investis is set to successively implement its growth strategy in the Real Estate Services segment and expand its market position. Hauswartprofis is a renowned company that will enable Investis Group to benefit from additional experience and expertise in facility management. "This company is an ideal complement to our existing subsidiaries in the Facility Management activity. The acquisition will allow us to further expand our services and strengthen national recognition in the market," confirms Catherine Dubey, Head of Real Estate Services at Investis.

Hauswartprofis provides services in the caretaking, cleaning and gardening sectors and will continue to operate as an independent company under its existing brand, as well as retaining its existing workforce. This will ensure that a local presence and recognition are maintained. "The integration into Investis Group will open up interesting development opportunities for Hauswartprofis, as well as allowing us to make optimal use of synergies," stresses the CEO of Hauswartprofis, Walter Eberle, who will continue to manage the company's operations. As at 1 January 2017, Walter Eberle will also assume control of the existing company Treos as CEO in order to maximise the potential of Investis Group in the Facility Management activity. Ricarda Berg, CEO of Treos, will leave Investis Group to take the next step in her career. Investis would like to thank Ricarda Berg for her commitment and for continuing to develop Treos over the last 6.5 years. We wish her much success in her new endeavors.
