Invibes Advertising N.V. (ENXTPA:ALINV) announced that it has issued 526,324 ordinary shares at a price of €9.50 for gross proceeds of €5,000,000 on April 20, 2021. The transaction included participation from returning investor, Generis Capital Partners, NextStage AM and other private investors.
