IOI Corporation Berhad announced retirement of Datuk Karownakaran @ Karunakaran A/L Ramasamy, age 72, as Chairman of Audit Committee. The date of change is October 31, 2022. The new composition of the Audit and Risk Management Committee will be as follows after 31 October 2022:- Dato' Kong Sooi Lin (Chairman) - Independent Non-Executive Director.

Tan Sri Dr. Rahamat Bivi binti Yusoff (Member) - Independent Non-Executive Director. Cheah Tek Kuang (Member) - Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.
