On November, 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of IPG Photonics Corporation approved amendments to the IPG Photonics Corporation Non-Employee Director Compensation Plan (as amended, the "Plan"), effective October 29, 2021, to provide for an annual retainer in the amount of $70,000 for the Non-Executive Chair.
