Announcement of Transition to Prime Market of Tokyo Stock Exchange New Market Segments
IR Japan Holdings, Ltd. (the "Company") announces that from today, April 4, 2022, it will transit to the Prime Market as per the selection results of the new market segments announced by Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. on January 11, 2022.
