Announcement of Scheduled Date to Submit Securities Report
In the Summary of Consolidated Financial Results for the Year Ended March 31, 2022, issued on May 13, 2022, IR Japan Holdings, Ltd. (the "Company") indicated that the Securities Report for the 8th fiscal year is scheduled to be submitted on June 20, 2022. However, the Company hereby announces that submission date has been changed to June 30 at latest. Details are provided below.

Reason for changing the scheduled date of submission
As indicated in the Company's "Regarding Some News Reports Today" announcement on June 6, 2022, the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission conducted a compulsory investigation of a former executive of the Company. The Company is giving its full cooperation to the investigation by the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission, but this has taken a considerable time, causing delays in its internal confirmation on the contents of the Securities Report. As a result, we have decided to change the scheduled date of its submission.
