(Update of Previous Disclosure) Announcement of Subject and Scope of Investigation by
Investigation Committee, and Timing of Disclosure of Investigation Results
As per "Announcement of Establishment of Investigation Committee" dated June 6, 2022, IR Japan Holdings, Ltd. (the "Company") has established its own Investigation Committee (the "Committee") made up entirely of neutral and impartial outside experts who are independent from the Company following the investigation against a former executive of the Company by the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission. The Company hereby announces that the Committee has determined the subject and scope of the investigation, and the timing of disclosure of the investigation results as follows.
Investigation and verification of the system and actual situation of information management in the Company
Investigation and verification of the system and actual situation of calculation and disclosure of the forecast of the Company's business performance
Existence of any improper act in information management by the Company's officers and employees, and other issues
Recommendation of improvement measures based on the results of investigation and verification
Other matters deemed necessary by the Committee
The results of investigation are scheduled to be disclosed around August 2022.
