Today some news media reported that the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission conducted a compulsory investigation of IR Japan Holdings, Ltd. (the "Company").

It is true that a compulsory investigation was conducted of the Company as some media reported. Because we are currently under further investigation by the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission, we will refrain from commenting in detail.
