Irkutsk Public Joint Stock Company of Energetics and Electrification announced the private placement of 42,373,343,771 shares for the par value of RUB 3 per share on February 7, 2023. The transaction will include participation from Bank of Russia.

On the same date the company has cancelled the transaction.
