Referring IRPC Board of Directors' Meeting resolved to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, 3 July 2020 at 9:30 hrs., at the Company's meeting rooms, located at 555/2 Energy Complex Building B, 6th Floor, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chatuchak, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900. The notice of the meeting has been distributed to shareholders already.

As the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration announced the Order regarding the Temporary Closure of Various Places (No. 11), dated 14 June 2020, easing the measures to curb the COVID-19 pandemic by allowing to conduct a meeting in hotels and conference centers, and to operate only for specific cases with limited attendant number. Therefore, to enable the Company to conduct AGM efficiently and in compliance with the laws and regulations, the Company hereby informs to provide additional meeting rooms for the 2020 AGM at 6th floor Meeting Rooms of Building B and Meeting Rooms of Building C, Energy Complex, located at 555/2-3, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chatuchak, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900. The map of the meeting venue is attached and the date and time of the meeting remain the same.

Safety and Health of the attendees and staff are concerned, thus the Company has determined to organize the meeting in a way that ensures maximum safety and comply with all relevant guidelines and recommendations issued by government agencies and related organizations on hosting of meetings and other activities involving the gathering of a large number of people. The Company would like to apologize for any inconvenience that many occurs, especially if a high number of meeting attendees cause a delay in the health screening and registration process.
