Ishii Hyoki Co., Ltd. (TSE:6336) agreed to acquire CAP Co., Ltd. from Toshikatsu Irei on August 8, 2016. Ishii Hyoki Co. will acquire 1000 shares as part of the acquisition. Ishii Hyoki Co. plans to respond to this share acquisition using funds on hand. The Board of directors of Ishii passed a resolution on August 8, 2016. The contract for the transaction is expected to conclude on August 22, 2016 and the transaction is expected to complete on August 29, 2016. Ishii Hyoki Co., Ltd.
