IBBL inaugurates Maheshpur Branch in Jhenaidah

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited inaugurated its 377th Branch at Maheshpur in Jhenaidah on 3 November 2021, Wednesday. Mohammed Monirul Moula, Managing Director and CEO of the bank inaugurated the Branch as chief guest. Abu Reza Md. Yeahia, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank presided over the program while Md. Abdur Rashid Khan, Mayor of Maheshpur Pourashabha addressed the program as special guest. Md. Maksudur Rahman, Head of Jashore Zone of the bank addressed the welcome speech while Nazrul Islam, Vice President and Imrul Huq, Manager of Maheshpur Branch addressed in the program. Md. Fashiar Rahman, President, Maheshpur Bazar Banik Samiti, ATM Khairul Anam, Head Master of Maheshpur Poura Lab School and Jesmin Khatun, Women Entrepreneur addressed on behalf of clients. Executives and employees of the bank, clients, well wishers and local elites were present on the occasion. Later, CRM and ATM booth of the branch was also inaugurated.

Mohammed Monirul Moula said in his speech of chief guest that Islami Bank is the largest bank in the country and the only bank in Bangladesh in the list of top one thousand banks in the world. The deposit of this bank is more than 1.33 trillion from which investment has been providing in the need based and labor intensive industries of the country.
