ISP Global Limited provided consolidated earnings guidance for the financial year ended 30 June 2022. For the period, the company expects a net loss attributable to the owners of the company of approximately between SGD 4.2 to SGD 4.8 million, as compared to a net loss of approximately SGD 0.4 million for the corresponding year ended 30 June 2021. Based on the information currently available to the Board, such increase in net loss was mainly attributable to, among other things, the increase administrative costs and payroll expenses incurred as part of business expansion and operations in the Group's networking, sound and communication systems segment (NSC segment) and consumer product segment in the People's Republic of China (the PRC) for the Year.

This impact of the increase in expenses was offset by the increase gross profit earned from the expansion in business operations the Group's NSC segment in the PRC during the Year; and the increase in net profit margins from the Group's NSC segment in Singapore during the Year.
