Issta Ltd (TASE:ISTA) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to ILS 18 million worth of its shares. The shares repurchases will be funded from company's own resources and/or the subsidiary Ista Lines Financing and Holdings Ltd. The program is valid till April 14, 2025.
