ISU Petasys Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of additional 57.6% stake in Isu Petasys Hunan Limited

ISU Petasys Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A007660) agreed to acquire additional 57.6% stake in Isu Petasys Hunan Limited for KRW 33.8 billion on June 9, 2017. As per the transaction, ISU Petasys Co., Ltd. will acquire 187.5 million shares of Isu Petasys Hunan Limited. Post completion, ISU Petasys Co., Ltd. will hold 96.1% stake (313 million shares) in Isu Petasys Hunan Limited.

ISU PETASYS Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Companyâs main products are PCBs, which are used in telecommunication systems, super computers, data centers, aerospace areas and others. It also provides integrated circuit (IC) testers, chip-on-board (COB) PCBs used in video systems and flash memory products and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. On November 4, 2013, the Company acquired a 60% stake in Kingboat Technology Limited, engaged in the manufacturing of printed circuit board.
