Italgas S.p.A. (BIT:IG) acquired 49% stake in Gas Distribution Company Thessaloniki - Thessalia S.A. from Eni Gas e Luce S.p.A on September 2, 2022. J.P. Morgan acted as Sole Financial Advisor to Italgas S.p.A. on the acquisition.
