ITS Group (ENXTPA:ITS) acquired Oorium on August 1, 2012. Post transaction, 24 out of 30 employees of Oorium, starting from August 1, 2012, will join ITS Group and its Lille-based agency. Vincent Labis of Ajjis acted as receiver in the transaction. ITS Group (ENXTPA:ITS) completed the acquisition of Oorium on August 1, 2012.
