L'Inventoriste Société Anonyme (ENXTPA:ALIVT) acquired Sigma Inventuren Und Bestandskontrollen GmbH from Steffen Holoch on June 14, 2013. The acquisition has been financed with a loan from Société Générale, BNP Paribas and Banque Palatine, Société Générale and OSEO. Sigma Inventuren Und Bestandskontrollen recorded revenues of 17 million and EBITDA of 1.7 million in 2012.
