L'Inventoriste Société Anonyme (ENXTPA:ALIVT) acquired Sigma Inventuren Und Bestandskontrollen GmbH from Steffen Holoch on June 14, 2013. The acquisition has been financed with a loan from Société Générale, BNP Paribas and Banque Palatine, Société Générale and OSEO. Sigma Inventuren Und Bestandskontrollen recorded revenues of €17 million and EBITDA of €1.7 million in 2012. Jörg Lips, Rolf-Christian Stratz, Jochen Lux, Oliver Simon, Sören Langner, Jesko Nobiling, Eileen Gaugenrieder and Adina Kessler-Jensch of CMS Hasche Sigle acted as legal advisors for Steffen Holoch.
