ITALY GROWTH WINNERS & LOSERS: Sciuker Frames and iVision Tech at the top

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the best and worst performers on Italy Growth Thursday afternoon in Piazza Affari.

WINNERS

Sciuker Frames rises 8.1 percent after giving up 52 percent in the last year and 2.4 percent in the last month.

iVision Tech follows with 7.7 percent after announcing on Wednesday the purchase of a 60 percent stake in Ivilens Ood, a historic Bulgarian company, based in Plovdiv, specializing in the production and marketing of finished and semi-finished ophthalmic lenses, having the exclusive marketing rights for Leica lenses for Bulgaria and North Macedonia.

The countervalue of the transaction, already paid through own resources, was EUR280,000.00.

LOSERS

SIF Italy gives up 6.7 percent after losing 17 percent in the past month. Over the past year, the stock has given up nearly 51%.

Cofle is in the red 5.7% after losing 9.3% in the last month. The company reported that it ended 2023 with revenues of EUR60.6 million, up 9.4 percent from EUR55.4 million as of Dec. 31, 2022.

Net income, however, dropped to EUR800,000 from EUR2.6 million in 2022.
