iWIN CO.,LTD (KOSDAQ:A090150) agree to acquire 24.1% stake in POLARIS WORKS, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A123010) from Polaris Office Corp. (KOSDAQ:A041020) and others for KRW 40.4 billion on February 28, 2022. Consideration will be paid in cash and Initial cash down payment of KRW 7,236,100,270 was made and remaining balance of KRW 33,121,636,830 will be made on closing. When the transaction is closed after payment is completed, iWIN CO.,LTD will be changed to the largest shareholder. Transaction is expected to close on April 11, 2022.
