In early May, J.S. Machine first Blue Ocean Xtreme in Lantero Carton, Spain, is put into production. It is a three-color flexo printer, with connection to 3rd party flatbed die-cutting unit. Blue Ocean Xtreme is a high-graphics fixed bottom flexo printer, equipped with drying unit. It has two configurations, in-line with flatbed die-cutting machine or ejecting to a down-stacker directly. Features are:
High-graphics printing, anilox roll up to 800 LPI, printing precision reach to ±0.1mm.
Roll quick change, quick switchover between high-graphics printing and normal printing within 6 minutes.
Vacuum transfer to improve print quality and reduce board crush.
