Reference is made to the announcements dated 16 October 2020, 20 October 2020 and 23 October 2020 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid announcements. On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 2 November 2020, approved the listing of and quotation for up to 100,668,003 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:- 1) JAG and HLIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement. 2) JAG and HLIB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement. 3) JAG to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
