Ltd. announced that on April 1, 2023, it newly opened Saitama Minami Branch, Minami Tohoku Branch, Kita Tohoku Branch, Chofu Service Office, Urawa Service Office, and Sendai Higashi Service Office at its subsidiary Japan Elevator Service Josai Co. Ltd., for the purpose of strengthening services to its customers.

The Company relocated Sendai Service Office, and it newly opened Sendai Higashi Service Office At the original location of Sendai Service Office.
