Notice Concerning Addition of Eligible Hotels under the Unitholder Benefits Program for FY2021

Japan Hotel REIT Investment Corporation (hereinafter called "JHR") informs you that the following two hotels are added to the scope of the Unitholder Benefits Program for FY2021 (hereinafter called the "Benefits Program"). For the details of the Benefits Program, please refer to "Notice Concerning Unitholder Benefits Program for FY2021" on May 24, 2021.

(Note 1) "HOTEL ASCENT FUKUOKA" was rebranded and reopened as "Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin" on June 18, 2021.

(Note 2) Hotel Keihan Universal City was rebranded as Oriental Hotel Universal City and was pre-opened on July 1, 2021. The grand opening is planned to be in December 2021.

3. Period of validity of complimentary coupons October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022

(Note) There are certain blackout dates when Benefits Program cannot be used. These blackout dates are written on the "Details and Conditions of the program for fiscal year 2021" of "Unitholder Benefits Program" on the JHR's website. As the blackout dates may be changed without notice, please contact each hotel when you make a reservation.
