Japan PC Service Co., Ltd. (NSE:6025) entered into a contract to acquire Next Line Co., Ltd. from Nobunori Ito and Takeshi Shimokawa for ¥200 million on March 27, 2020. For the year ended September 2019, Next Line Co., Ltd. reported net assets of ¥8 million, total assets of ¥380 million, sales of ¥829 million, operating income of ¥5 million and net income of ¥3 million. The Board of Directors of Japan PC Service Co., Ltd. resolved the transaction on March 27, 2020. The share transfer execution date is March 31, 2020.
