Japan PC Service Co., LTD. (NSE:6025) announced a private placement of 100,000 common shares at a price of ¥435 per share for gross proceeds of ¥43,500,000 on July 27, 2017. The transaction will involve participation from SPRING, inc.. The common shares will be issue by a way of third party allotment. The transaction is expected to close on August 18, 2017. Post the closing of the transaction, the total number of outstanding shares of the company will increase from 1,327,700 to 1,427,700. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
Japan PC Service Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the provision of setting installation and troubleshooting of network-enabled devices, such as computers, tablet devices and digital consumer electronics. Its Smart Life Support segment has been divided into two divisions. The Field Support business is involved in the operation of directly operated stores and member stores, providing support services in major cities in Kanto, Kansai, Chubu and Kyushu. Its Membership Support Center business mainly involves in the provision of setting and failure correspondence services for network-enabled devices including computers in its call center by telephone or remote (remote control). This business is targeted at alliance companies that have entered into a contract with the Company. Its After Sales segment proposes switching proposals for network lines and proposing and selling network-compatible devices by telephone to customers of its customers and affiliated companies.
