Amber Capital Korea Co., Ltd. entered into a contract to acquire a 14.5% stake in Jayjun Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A025620) from IDO Healthcare Co.,Ltd. for KRW 27.02 billion on June 10, 2022. On contract date, Amber Capital will deposit KRW 2.7 billion and will pay the remaining KRW 24.32 billion, until the day before the date of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. As part of the transaction, Amber Capital will acquire 10,766,176 shares. The transaction is resolved by the board of Jayjun Cosmetic.
Jayjun Cosmetic Co., Ltd., formerly Jayjun CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of leather fabrics. The Company provides leather fabrics, which are used for manufacturing of car seats, shoes, hand bags, garments, upholstery goods and other leather goods. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
