JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. (NYSE:JELD) has hired Macquarie Capital for a potential sale of its Australasia business that could be offloaded for close to $1 billion. Also engaged in the review of the Australasian operation is law firm Herbert Smith Freehills. A sale process for the business is expected to get underway before the end of 2022.
